Commitment to Volunteering

At East St. Paul Skating Club, we value the dedication and contributions of our members. Each Advanced CanSkater, STARSkater, Podium Pathway Skater, and Adult Competitive Skater, or their parent/guardian, must complete a minimum of four (4) hours of volunteer service throughout the skating season.

To ensure commitment to volunteerism, a $200.00 volunteer cheque, postdated to March 15th of the following year, must be submitted on the first session of the season.

This cheque is mandatory for all Advanced CanSkaters, STARSkaters, Podium Pathway Skaters, and Adult Competitive Skaters.

Volunteer Cheque Requirement

After fulfilling all required volunteer hours, the cheque will:
✅ Be returned to the skater/guardian or
✅ Be destroyed if requested.

However, if the required hours are not completed, the cheque will be cashedno exceptions.

Non-Compliance Consequences

If a cheque does not clear when processed:
  • The member’s account status will be suspended until the owed amount is resolved.
If a cheque is not submitted, the skater’s participation in the registered program will be postponed until compliance is met.
