                            OCTOBER THEME DAY: HALLOWEEN DRESS-UP

                            posted Oct 4, 2026, 4:34 PM

Get ready for some spooky fun! Join us for our Halloween Dress-Up Theme Days on October 25 and October 29. We invite all skaters (and spectators) to come dressed in their favorite Halloween costume and help bring the Halloween spirit to the rink.

Whether your costume is spooky, silly, magical, or creative, we'd love to see it! Skaters who dress up will have a chance to win prizes, so start planning your costume now.

                            Costume Safety Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all costumes must be appropriate for skating:

                            • No costume pieces should fall off during skating.
                            • Costumes must not block vision or impair hearing.
                            • Costumes must not restrict movement.
                            • No long capes, skirts, or accessories that drag on the ice.
                            • Skaters in CanSkate and PowerSkate programs must be able to properly wear their CSA-approved hockey helmet with their costume.

We can't wait to see everyone's creativity on display. Let's make these Halloween Theme Days a fun, festive, and safe celebration for all!
