Canada Winter Games: Figure Skating

Canada Winter Games is the largest multi-sport competition in the country, held every 4 years. It brings together thousands of Canada's top athletes who compete for the podium in 19 different sports. This event has been a cornerstone of Canadian sports for 60 years, having started in 1967. The inaugural Games were held in Quebec and featured figure skating as one of the sports. The Games expanded inclusivity by incorporating events in figure skating for Special Olympic athletes in the 2003 Games.

Notable alumni of the Games are Olympic medalists Brian Orser, Kaetlyn Osmond, and Rob McCall, and Special Olympic World Games medalists Meg Ohsada and Jack Fan.
