FIGURE SKATING – ICE DANCE – BADGE PROGRAM
Ice dance, sometimes referred to as ice dancing, is a discipline of figure skating rooted in ballroom dancing. An ice dance team can consist of one woman and one man, two women, or two men. Solo Ice Dance is also offered for a single woman or a single man.
The discipline is structured into six levels. At each level, skaters are required to perform two specified pattern dances.
