STAR 4+:
ESPSC offers 4 sessions for STAR 4+ skaters to practice on. Skaters are recommended at this level to have 4 practice sessions a week (8 hours on ice) and may choose to do all four of ESPSC's sessions or select the best options while adding in additional days elsewhere while consulting your coach and their availability. These practice recommendations are in line with Skate Canada and Sport Canada's Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model.
Skaters must have at least one level of STAR 3 testing in skills and dance while working to complete their STAR 3 freeskate or be recommended by a coach to advance to the private lesson stage in STAR 4+.
The registration fee only includes ice fees. Coaching fess are sent separately to the skater by the coach the parents have hired to give lessons to their skaters and are typically sent monthly unless negotiated otherwise amongst yourselves. Coaching fees are different per coach, please see our Meet our Coaches page to find ESPSC's coaches and contact them about lesson availability.
